Friday, October 17: 1:00 p.m. Student Dismissal
Friday, October 24: 1:00 p.m. Student Dismissal; End of 1st Quarter

REMINDERS:

School is dismissed at 1:00 PM every Friday.

School breakfast and lunch are provided daily to all students at no cost to you.

Food Pantry Distribution Every Friday, 1:00-2:00 PM (unless otherwise communicated) at Gateway High School, 907 Gateway Drive, Ottumwa

Our food pantry is open every Friday and is available to all Ottumwa Schools families, from three-year-old preschool students to high school seniors. Premade boxes are created each week to include a variety of fresh foods for our families. Paperwork is required and will be available to complete onsite.

Student Contact Information

Updating your contact information is essential for us to provide your student the best support throughout the year. To ensure accurate and timely updates, always make changes in PowerSchool, which will then sync to ParentSquare.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up the first week of November! This is a great chance to connect with your child’s teachers and celebrate their progress.

Conference scheduling is handled by each building. You will hear directly from your student’s school with details about how to sign up.

Monday, November 3 (4:00–7:30 pm): Eisenhower, Horace Mann, James, Wilson, Evans
Tuesday, November 4 (4:00–7:30 pm): Douma, Fahrney, Liberty, Pickwick, OHS, GHS
Thursday, November 6 (8:00 am–3:30 pm & 4:00–7:30 pm): All Schools
